48-Hour Release

Sometimes we have last minute seats to fill at the Chef's Counter, which we offer at a discount 48 hours before service begins. This is a wonderful opportunity to dine at Sassafras at more accessible pricing, though it requires flexibility that not everyone has, especially those who must travel far distances. While anyone is eligible for these offers, we are pleased that this has become a way for more local residents to experience our shared Chesapeake story—a story of commonality and pride. 

These discounts are only available to those who book during the 48-hour window. We regret that we cannot apply this discount to diners who booked outside the discount window. Please understand that offering these discounts to everyone is not sustainable for our very small business, we offer them only out of necessity.
