Kitchen Apprentice

We are a small fine-dining chef's table restaurant on the Eastern Shore looking for a kitchen apprentice. No experience is required, though humility, kindness, and a strong work ethic are essential.

We will train the right person who is looking for a career in professional kitchens. This is an apprentice position--you will begin from the ground up. This restuarant is a team of 3, so you are joining a family run, highly refined establishment. This position is for a motivated and focused individual.
